Do you have unlimited cellular data or a metered data plan?

When you go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data is it turned on? Also scan down on the same setting page and make sure each app you're trying to use cellular data on is turned on there.

I do have a strong wifi signal at home. The problem is when I’m not at home. Can’t use Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, etc. I already went to my cell phone provider and they reset everything on the phone and the problem still with the same apps!
