Billing Receipt of Product Purchased from Physical Store

Hi. I have bought a phone from a physical outlet of Apple (Centralworld, Bangkok, Thailand). The Billing Receipt was lost and I am not finding any way to recover the receipt online which is required for some reason. Following are my queries:

1. I have received an e-mail containing an Order ID which starts with "R" but it is not working in the order tracking. May be this portal is for Online purchases. Please confirm.
2. Is there any way that I can recover the billing receipt through online or email.
