Contacts back-up
Can anybody tell me why Apple does does not offer a back-up option that includes Contacts? Simply synching is useless if you delete in error.

You can backup your iPhone via iTunes with your PC or your Mac, then you’ll have a complete local backup of your iPhone on your computer, that includes your contacts.
