How to cancel a in-game purchase?
Hello, I made in-game purchase (22 January) and now I have a debt. I would like to cancel this purchase, because I can’t do anything in App Store.

First, you can check if your purchase is eligible for a refund: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
If it’s not, you’ll have to contact iTunes support to settle down the debt in order to re-enable your account for purchases:
