Did Snapchat ban you? You need to contact them for help with this.
I don’t think they banned me , because I signed up a new account on another phone , it worked but when I logged it back on my phone , it got locked on both phones
It is my understanding that Snapchat bans the device and not the account. It sounds like you have been banned. Contact Snapchat for help.
Are you using VPN? If so turn VPN -> Off.
