Wired Apple mouse pro and Monterey?

Will old wired Apple mouse pro and old wired keyboard work with Monterey? They work well with Mojave.

Just about every USB wired mouse and keyboard should work with Macs. Including any PC based ones. The Windows button would be used as CMD, etc. International keyboards would require setting macOS to international settings to match. I've not yet encountered a wired mouse or keyboard that didn't work.

I would however, recommend not upgrading from Mojave directly to Monterey.

You should upgrade to Catalina then Big Sur and patch along the way then upgrade to Monterey. There are enough changes between these OS versions to cause trouble. Apple typically doesn't test skipping macOS versions and there are edge cases where stuff may break and ruin your day. You should also uninstall any security tools such as antivirus, etc. Before you upgrade and of course make a FULL BACKUP before you do anything.

You can download the older macOS Installers here so you can upgrade in stages:
