Keychain passwords missing

From your post it appears that you are not able to access the passwords saved in Keychain.

If you use iCloud Keychain to sync between devices, the article you came from, If iCloud Keychain won't turn on or sync, has steps to take.

If you are not able to resolve the issue, then the next step would be to Contact Apple Support.

They will be in the best position to assist further.

I have the same issue, and followed all the steps in the article, "If iCloud Keychain won't turn on or sync."

Also, I double-checked my settings, turned settings off and on, restarted my devices. Still no luck.

The passwords on my Mac sync to my iPhone, but not to the iPad. I'm using the most current IOS. This problem is just with the keychain--Bookmarks and other apps sync OK. I wonder if some weird thing is blocking the iPad keychain from syncing.
