Still unable to close the apps on my iPad Air 2 using the method discribed by Apple Support.

Since installing update 15.3.1 on my iPad Air 2, all apps remain open. I tried closing them in the usual way without success. Apple support suggested to swipe any app upward using the app's preview. What exactly are they referring to when they say, "App's Preview".

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hey Ninork,

It appears that you're unable to close apps on your iPad Air 2. Have you had the chance to restart your iPad Air yet? Restart your iPad - Apple Support It can seem like a simple step, but can sometimes help resolve issues.

Another step you can take is to ensure your iPad is fully updated, to see if that may help as well. You can check for an update in Settings > General > Software Update. If there is an available update, you'll want to backup and update as seen in here: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

This article also shows how to update with a computer if that is your preferred method: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Let us know if those steps or if you've already tried those steps.

Take care.
