Apple Pay cancellation of a subscription
I paid for a subscription from weight watchers and I went to cancel it and since it was done through Apple Pay and it wouldn’t let me to cancel it through them and asked me to contact apple support

Your can cancel subscriptions on your iPhone quite easily. Go to Settings->Tap your name->Subscriptions->Find the subscription->Scroll down to the bottom->Cancel subscription. Apple is actually quite lenient on refunds as well for subscriptions and purchases through the iTunes and App Store. You can request a refund up to three months from the initial purchase.
