Turning off hyperlinks in Notes

Please make a way to turn off auto-hyperlinks in Notes! After the recent update now all of the links are back and can’t be removed. I do not want it changing things to airline codes, dates or phone numbers in my numerous notes with no way to remove them! Please help and update a fix to turn this off! The method of double-tapping ‘body’ in the text formatting no longer works. They’ve just added more things that now auto generate these hyperlinks and it is extremely frustrating/annoying.
