How to get Photoshop Elements on my MacBook Pro?

I have a new DSLR 90D Canon camera. How do I get Photoshop Elements and is that compatible with MacBook Pro? Can I get personal lessons for it in Las Vegas

You can buy Photoshop Elements through the App Store (Apple menu > About This Mac) or you can get it for $30 less by buying direct from Adobe through March 13 -- see: https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-elements.html
