Mine doesn’t say forgot password and I can’t press on it till i put my apple id pass
I forgot my apple id password and I can’t change the pass until i put the id pass and there is no forgot pass

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
