I paid for Macbook Pro but now the store is closed in Russia. I don’t have any info about my order and I didn’t get my money back. What should I do?

On February 25 I ordered MacBook Pro with custom configuration. Now the store is not working in my country and I don’t have any info about the order and didn’t get any refund. Is it a robbery?


I can prove with screenshots, email with payment and order confirmation, check on my bank account.
