New AirPods not working

My new airpod pros won’t fully connect to my iPhone. They connect under the name headphone or sometimes AirPod Pro’s but constantly disconnect and connect. This is my 2nd new pair or AirPods and they both didn’t work. My old AirPods worked for a very long time but I lost one of them. I removed all of my old headphones form my Bluetooth and have tried everything online but nothing will work. What should I do?
