I got a new screen put on my iPhone 11 Pro Max it’s say screen isn’t properly installed by Apple

You probably had the screen replaced by a third party repair shop. The notification on your iPhone states that the screen replacement may NOT be of a genuine Apple part(s) or may not be installed or will perform correctly.

Contact the repair shop and ask them about the parts that were used and proper installation.

If you choose to do nothing, then You will see a notification on your Lock screen for the first 4 days that you use your device and in the Settings app for 15 days. After that period, you can find the notification by going to Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About
