Alarms in iPhone clock app

I get the OS 15 sleep management and Health is a great place for that but not at the expense of losing an easy flexible alarm in the Clock app. Some of us simply need to get up to catch flights or give loved ones scheduled medication without using clunky 3rd party apps.
