When I watch a fb video, I sometimes can’t exit out. I’m literally stuck in it. I tap on the X and nothing happens. It just keeps playing and then goes to the next video etc. I can’t swipe any direction. I have to turn my phone off to get out of it.

Three Things:
A. Clear Temporary Internet Files:
Clear your Temporary Internet Files(Cookies & Cache) of Safari:
B. Using the FaceBook App?:
Remove, then reinstall the Facebook app.
C. Restart a Couple of Times.
