REPAIR

Hello, in my MacBook doesn’t work a keyboard, but i Poland they cant repair it. in store I can’t repair it’s because I don’t have a original invoice. I bought it and store in Poland, but before store where I bought MacBook they bought on sale. Store where I bought Doesn’t want to share me invoice. I have got only a invoice from store. I can show you this invoice.

I'd like to have an Invoice for repairing at apple store around 06/30/2021 I went to apple store in Korea to fix my macbook. I forgot to ask the invoice. I think they sent an email or something but I lost. Can you please tell me how to get it again? Thanks!

We are not Apple corporate. We are users just like you and have no access to Apple and it processes or policies.
