HomePod Mini Speakers required power

I understand that the HomePod Mini Speaker comes with a 20W USB-C adaptor. Can I use another USB-C adaptor such as the one that comes in a dual wall receptacle and USB-C which is usually for charging standard devices such as laptop, mobile phones or tablets?
