Three finger drag on iPadOS
I know how I can use three finger drag on my Mac, but I would also like to use it on my iPad with Magic Keyboard and Trackpad. Is there an similar option available for iPadOS?

Sorry no, not to my knowledge. That gesture is available on Mac trakpads only.
