kernel panic cpu panic
I have been having issues with panic shutdown and restart when on hibernation/sleep and issue doesn't show in safe mode . hardware diagnostics are clean. please assist.

It sounds like your Mac shut down due to issues waking it up. We'll do our best to help out.
Nice work on the troubleshooting.
If the issue doesn't happen in safe mode, we'd try the steps under section, 'If the issue doesn't continue in safe mode' here: How to use safe mode on your Mac
Should the issue continue to occur, we'd isolate it further by testing it using another user on the Mac: Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac Log in to the new user and test it out. This will tell us if the issue is system wide or user specific.
If it persists, what happened when you tested another user? Were you able to remove all of the Log In items?
