How do I change activity goals on a series 1 watch

how do I change my activity goals on my series 1 watch? I’ve done it before but I no longer seem to have the same option.


both my phone and watch software is up to date

This article explains how to can change your goals on the Apple Watch.


  1. "Open the Activity app on your Apple Watch.
  2. Swipe up, then tap Change Goals.
  3. Tap to increase or decrease the number of active calories for your daily Move goal, then tap Next.
  4. Tap to increase or decrease the number of minutes for your daily Exercise goal, then tap Next.
  5. Tap to increase or decrease the number of hours for your daily Stand goal, then tap Ok.


If you don't see the option to update your Stand and Exercise goals, make sure you update to the latest version of watchOS."
