My iPhone 6s won’t let me download certain apps for example I can’t download Facebook Pokémon go YouTube pandora or anything of the sort. But I can download messenger Snapchat n other games like free fire. How do I fix this issue?

No He does not n it is actually my fiancé’s phone doing it. He looked n there’s is no vpn account or app in fact he can’t even download one.
