Why not? What happens when you try?
You should be able to log in to https://icloud.com with your Apple ID.
If you are using 2 Factor Authentication with your Apple ID, you will need to be able to receive a code to trusted apple device or a trusted phone number like your android phone if you have set it up for that at https://appleid.apple.com
