Unable to play iTunes Store purchased tracks due to Authorization issue


Have tried authorizing the tracks but no success.

Have 1 device registered for iTunes use.

Tried de-authorizing then reauthorizing Windows Laptop but no joy either.

Also tried a couple of Apple online suggested fixes but they did not work.


Have I wasted £25 in an iTunes Account Credit if I can't now play new purchases?
