A Mid 2011 iMac can only be upgraded to 10.13.6 High Sierra. If you're already there, there are no more upgrades available. Apple only creates upgrades for a certain length of time, and your Mac is past that time or anything beyond 10.13.6. If you're not there yet, you can upgrade through this: How to get old versions of macOS - Apple Support
