You need to disclose that it is not working.

In addition to babowa reply, there are a few things to provide you with a level set:

• Apple will only accept one device at a time for the Trade In program when buying a new device from Apple. They do not take devices for the purpose of only getting $$$ for them.
• Your "working" Apple Watch 5 should have some trade in value, but it will be examined to either concur with the answers you provided during the trade in process, or provide you with a revised value, depending on what they find. You then have the option to accept the new value or have the watch returned to you at no cost.
• Your "non-working" watch will have no trade in value. Apple will only offer to dispose of it for you.
