I erased my iPhone 6s to factory and I can’t remember my Apple ID address ,also apple has shown my account address on the setup tutorial as s•••••@gmail.com . With masks on it .How I can access to my Apple ID address if I lost it ,so Apple must show me my old ID address fully by removing the masks to be recovered.

If you forgot your Apple ID email address or phone number - Apple Support
Apple isn't going to show you the full email, that is your responsibility to remember your own apple id and password.

Apple isn't going to show you the full email, that is your responsibility to remember your own apple id and password.
Thanks for replying, it was an old Gmail, what I want now is to use my iPhone again with a new account , I don't want my old data on it, so what shall I do now? . I am stuck.
