If I'm looking to use a cloud automation solution like Migrate365, am I still able to migrate data from iCloud to OneDrive or Google Drive? Vice versa?

We'd advise looking into the Migrate365 - Migration Services page which gives information on the most common migration scenarios to Office 365. It looks like they offer a FAQ page, as well as a number you can call and an integrated chat tool you can ask questions on. As this is not an Apple product, the manufacturer is the best source for information on integration with 3rd party tools (in this case, iCloud).
