Changing country in the app store

Hi, I moved from Germany to the UK. I want to change my country in the App Store so that I can download some critical apps from the UK store. Every time I try to do so, I see an error message “You have one or more incomplete passes”. I don’t know what this means. All the passes in my wallet are expired.


PS: Please do not give me the link to the "Change Country" help page. It does not have the answer to my question.
