I have updated to Mac OS Monterey 12.2.1. My Mac says it is up to date, but I cannot access the App Store. It just opens to a blank screen

Hi TPGirl55,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities. First, make sure that this issue is only happening with the App Store by testing other Internet-based apps like Safari and Mail. If any similar issue occurs with other apps, try another network or perform Wireless Diagnostics.
1. On your Mac, quit all open apps.
2. Try to join the Wi-Fi network you’re having problems with (if you’re not already connected).
3. Press and hold the Option key, click the Wi-Fi status icon in the menu bar, then choose Open Wireless Diagnostics.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to analyze your network connection.
5. After the analysis is complete, click the Info buttons in the Summary pane to learn more about each item in the list.
Steps above can be found in Use Wireless Diagnostics on your Mac.
If this does not happen with other apps, use safe mode to determine whether the issue is system-wide.
Apple silicon

4. Log in to your Mac. You might be asked to log in again.
Intel processor
1. Turn on or restart your Mac, then immediately press and hold the Shift key as your Mac starts up.
2. Release the key when you see the login window, then log in to your Mac.
3. You might be asked to log in again. On either the first or second login window, you should see ”Safe Boot” in the upper-right corner of the window.
Information above can be found in How to use safe mode on your Mac.
Have a great day!
