Failed to open a connection to the device (-21345)
Trying to reinstall the Visioneer RoadWorriorX3 scanner after replacing and upgrading my system I'm at 11.6.4 (20G417) and no software updates are available. I went through and followed all the directions and installed the drivers. I then went into system preferences and under 'Printers & Scanners' and it installed it to the system. When I select the USB Mass Storage and open scanner it brings up the scanner window but after a while, I get the error message. The scanner is powered up.
If I remove the USB cable and then plug it in and press the power button the error msg goes away and then reports looking for the scanner and then fails again.
Visioneer reports all the drivers are installed.
