Charging
I received my Apple Watch today,, as well as the charging cord but was I supposed to receive a separate USB charger?

There are many other third party ones as well. Apple hasn't included a charger with their devices (except computers) for quite some time. In some countries, they got penalized for including one because many old ones were being dumped in landfills.
