Can't hear iPhone 6s Plus, it's stuck on headphone mode

I cant hear my phone. Its stuck on headphone mode. I tried powering off, I tried cleaning the headphone jack, I tried the ringtone thing. But it still doesn't work! Please help quickly

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities.

Make sure Silent mode is off: How to put your iPhone on vibrate, ring, or silent mode - Apple Support.
Make sure Focus is off: Turn a Focus on or off on iPhone - Apple Support.
If you cannot hear incoming calls, make sure Silence Unknown Callers is off: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support.

If the issue persists, Restart your iPhone - Apple Support and make sure iOS is up-to-date: Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support, then try again.
