How do I turn on hotspot on iphone 13

I have been trying to on my hotspot but, it’s not successful. On my iPhone 7+ I was able to on. I tried searching for hotspot and cellular data too. Please help me. Thanks!

I figured it out already. My phone is 5G and my sim is 4G so it won’t work.
