Reporting a FaceTime Bug 3/3/2022

So I don’t know where to report this. But I have noticed ever since I updated my iphone to the latest update released. FaceTime has had some serious issues. Sometimes FaceTime will end calls by itself, it will have distorted audio and even glitches to where the other person looks blue. Sometimes I’ll be talking and my Fiancé can’t even hear me and I’m not muted at all. Or I’ll call him and he never receives a call and it doesn’t ring. Same thing, he will call me but I won’t receive it and it won’t even show up in missed calls. This is a constant issue. And during our call last night FaceTime ended the call 4 times! The audio also goes in and out like crazy, I don’t have any other issues with calling regularly. It’s only with FaceTime and I’m sick of it.

iPhone XR, iOS 15

It isnt a bug but you can report bugs at

https://apple.com/feedback

For your phone specific problem First try a Forced restart

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

If no better

Backup, restore to factory, and restore from backup

If you can import your media to Photos or iTunes in a computer and copy important documents to a cloud server it will give you some resilience in case the restore from backup fails.
