iPhone messaging
I message isn’t working properly. Says sighed out of account. But didn’t sign out. Messages sent or received are text. Any ideas???
Iphone is a 6 or 7.

Make sure you have the SIM installed then
Settings, Messages, Turn off iMessage
Settings, Face Time, Turn off Face Time
Restart the phone.
Settings, Messages, Turn on iMessage, SMS, MMS
Settings, Face Time, Turn on Face Time
