I was working and then the screen went black and a folder with a question Mark appeared. Then i restarted the system with cmd and R and then it showed me 4 options. I did the disk utility and first aid part and then went back to the options. I dont know what to do next because if i reinstall macOS Monterrrey i will erase all my information? What should i do?

If the User ( you ) restart in Recovery Mode >> Intel Command + r ) or >> Apple Silicon M1 and choose Reinstall macOS - it will download the latest version of Monterey and Reinstall OVER the Existing version of Monterey.
This is basically an " In Place Installation" in that it should not touch any personal files, setting, preferences or installed Third Arty Applications.
