iPhone XR Microphone

I have a problem with my microphone I have an iPhone XR and my microphone seems to be working with Siri but not with WhatsApp I’ve been trying to send a voice message but no one is being able to hear my voice I have a the latest update I have restarted my iPhone I have done all the necessary things in settings to try and make it work or what he seems not to work anyways so I want to know what is happening
