why does my macbook air always restarts

Every time I open my MacBook Air, it restarts, even if I had just used it for 30 minutes prior. I've shut down my computer and restarted it several times, but nothing is working. When I open my MacBook, it says, "Your Mac was restarted due to an issue." I verified the status of my battery and deleted all downloads. What else can I do, and what exactly is going on? I'm also unable to access Netflix or Disney+.
