Debit from my card when i made no purchase

I received a debit from my card i linked to my apple account and I didn’t make any purchase at that time , why would this happen i think our card details are not save with apple beca the description of the transaction was Web Pur @ -APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM I
