Reset child’s password

I cannot seem to reset the forgotten password for my kid’s iCloud account. It has me in an endless loop.

Hello cyprissa,

To solve your problem see If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support (HK)

Choose use another person’s device to reset my Apple ID,
