Issue with iPhone's Updating .

The fact is My phone started to Keeps Turning On And Off By Itself. I decided to connect my phone to my Macbook maybe can help through iTunes but unfortunately nothing happened .

I searched on google and found out I have to press two bottoms at the same time and keep it until something pop up on my iPhone's screen but actually it came up on my MacBook's screen . (The picture I have upload at the bottom here ) .

I started to update my iPhone XS Max (256 Gb ) , But it didn't work . I think it's because of my phone's storage which is almost full , 255.50 of 256 Gb . I was wondering how can I take all the storage I have without removing them. I don't want to miss my documents, photos and information , Although I know my iPhone does not turn on ... ? Please if anyone can help me out.

(Not sure if My iCloud was on or not but anyway it was only 3 or 4 GB)

(When I connect my iPhone , my MacBook can recognize my iPhone but my iPhone is still off)

Your “two buttons at the same time” was a big mistake; you put the phone into Restore mode. You can still try a forced reset on the phone:

  • Press and quickly release VOLUME UP
  • Press and quickly release VOLUME DOWN
  • Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears (15-30 seconds), ignoring "slide to power off" if it appears

The operative word here is QUICKLY; and try it a couple of times, the timing is a little tricky.

If that doesn’t work you will have to restore the phone using the instructions on your computer screen, then restore your most recent computer backup.
