Hi noob_n_pro_gaming,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We see that Photos are using an unexpected amount of storage on your iPhone. Go to Photos > Albums > Recently Deleted and make sure photos and videos have been deleted. If the issue persists, restart your iPhone. Restarting can resolve many unexpected behaviors.
Let us know the results. Be sure to include any other troubleshooting steps that you may have tried.
Have a nice day!
My recently deleted is empty and I have restarted my phone a few times also
noob_n_pro_gaming,
At this point, we'd recommend reaching out to Apple and work with them to see what could be going on. You can use Get Support to contact them.
Cheers.
