Random apps opening

My iPhone 8 opens random apps as I open it and moves apps about, anyone got an idea how I can solve this? I’ve done a couple of restarts. I don’t really want to do a factory reset but will if I must. Thank you in advance. Peace. ✊🏻

Sounds like a failing touchscreen. Make an appointment at an Apple store to have it checked out.
