If you're trying to create a new Apple ID and remove your current Apple ID from your device, you can do so right from your device. First, you want to sign out of iCloud in Settings > [your name]. Scroll down and choose "Sign out". This will remove your iOS device from iCloud. It's important to know that all apps, subscriptions, and purchased content will be linked only to the Apple ID used to purchase or download it.
You can create an Apple ID during setup of your iPhone, set up in the App Store, from another device, or form the Apple ID website.
Go to appleid.apple.com and click Create Your Apple ID.
Follow the onscreen steps. The email address that you provide will be your new Apple ID.*
Enter a phone number that you can always access.
Check the boxes to subscribe to Apple Updates if you'd like. This keeps you up to date on the latest news, software, products, and services from Apple.
Click Continue.
Follow the onscreen steps to verify your email address and phone number.
