Why do I have Microsoft OneDrive? Can I delete it?

The OneDrive app is included in Microsoft Office. It is Microsoft's cloud service. See: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/online-cloud-storage
If you aren't using the app, you can uninstall it.
