Refund Request

I hope this finds you well. I requested a refund on a subscription that came to a total of $114.99 and shortly received and email stating that my request for a refund has been granted but I have yet to receive the $114.99 back into my bank account. I was just wondering if this process just takes a while or if there is some mistake.

Approved refunds take up to 30 days for bank cards. Click here for more information.


If the one used is no longer valid or it's already been that long, ask your bank or the iTunes Store staff.
