My iPhone 6s memory is full and I can't update it

i wish Apple would give me a new fon, im currently using an IPhone 6s 16gb, its memory is full already and have to delete apps time to time

What seems to be the problem?

Check the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article: If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

Low Power Mode is On.

Charge the iPhone, wait until the battery is fully charged (100%).

The Low Power Mode will turned off automatically.
