Is this related to an Activation Lock removal? If YES, then the only way to remove an Activation Lock is to input the original user’s Apple ID Password. The Apple ID is usually hinted above the password prompt. If you do not have the right information then you will not be able to remove the Activation Lock.

If you are referring to some other “Unlock” then please provide some details so that you can get a better response. Thanks.
